I cant get over that "Megaphone" sound they have. I used to do quite a bit of restoration work on speakers, especially on Khorns, and I loved the work.

Any upgrade will sound worlds better than a crossover with worn out caps, but that's not a contest, IMO. PAIR of TYPE AL-3 CROSSOVERS (specifically for Lascala), PAIR of Type AB-2 CROSSOVERS (specifically for Belle), PAIR of TYPE AK-3 CROSSOVERS (Specifically for Khorn). A year later the Klipsch Heresy loudspeaker was introduced and, ironically, it became a bestseller in the church sound reinforcement market. Lack of bass has not been a problem once I got the Heresys matched with the amp and positioned properly.
